2016 Red Snapper Season

The purposed 2016 Red Snapper season opens on weekends starting May 7, 2016 and every day beginning May 28 through July 10, 2016. Currently, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is also proposing continuing Red Snapper season to be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in September and October, and Labor Day. We are a very excited about this upcoming 2016 fishing season here in Florida because we will be fishing for Red Snapper a total of seventy-eight days. This is great news as Captain Larry Martin only fished Red Snapper fourteen days last year yet still had a very successful 2015 fishing season. We look forward to seeing everyone this fishing season!
